I didn’t come to relationship and parenting coaching from a textbook. I came to it through lived experience.
Growing up, I experienced disrespect and situations that left me questioning what was right, what was wrong, and what healthy relationships were supposed to feel like. Over time, those experiences shaped the way I understood myself, my relationships and my own boundaries.
Marriage brought its own lessons. Like many people, I entered it with hopes, expectations and the belief that love and relationships would naturally become a safe and supportive space. Life taught me that healthy relationships require more than love – they require self-awareness, communication, mutual respect and the courage to recognise when something needs to change.
Along the way, I was also diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson’s. Living with Parkinson’s for more than 21 years has taught me another important lesson: life can change in ways we never planned for. It has deepened my understanding of resilience, emotional strength, relationships and the importance of having people who genuinely listen and stand beside you.

My journey has not been about getting everything right. It has been about learning, unlearning and finding the courage to choose differently.
I have learned that self-respect is not selfish, boundaries are not rejection, and speaking up does not mean you care any less. Sometimes, finding your voice begins with understanding your own needs, emotions and patterns.
That is the perspective I now bring to my work as a certified relationship and parenting coach.
I help people:
My work is grounded in structured coaching approaches and reflective practices. Tarot is offered as one of the tools for reflection and self-exploration – not as fortune-telling, but as a way to pause, ask meaningful questions and look at situations from a different perspective.
I don’t believe there is one formula for relationships, parenting or healing. Every person, every family and every story is different.
If you are questioning a relationship, struggling with parenting, trying to understand yourself better, or simply feeling stuck between who you have been and who you want to become, you don’t have to have all the answers before you begin.
Sometimes, the first step is simply having a safe space to talk, reflect and be heard.
