Parkinson’s can affect confidence, relationships, family dynamics, work, social life, daily routines and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes, the people around you need support too.
Whether you are living with Parkinson’s, caring for someone who is, or trying to understand how life and relationships change after a diagnosis, you don’t have to navigate everything alone.
Online sessions available worldwide.
My journey with Parkinson’s began in 2005. Over the years, I have experienced Parkinson’s not only as an affected person, but also through the experiences of my mother and maternal uncle, who were also affected by Parkinson’s. This has given me a very personal understanding of the concerns that can arise, not only physically, but emotionally, socially and within the family.
I am not a doctor, neurologist or qualified medical practitioner. I do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or medication advice.
What I bring is something different:
Lived experience.
Personal understanding.
A listening ear.
And practical emotional support.
Over the years, I have personally supported and counselled people affected by Parkinson’s and their families through online conversations and sessions.

There is no single way to live with Parkinson’s. Every person, every family and every journey is different. My role is not to tell you what medical treatment you should take.
My role is to: Listen. Share perspective from lived experience. Help you reflect.
Support you in finding ways to handle personal and family challenges.
If Parkinson’s has changed your life, or the life of someone close to you, you may simply need a place to talk openly.
These sessions are based on personal lived experience, listening and supportive conversations.
They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace consultation with a qualified neurologist, doctor, therapist or other healthcare professional.
Any decisions regarding medication, DBS, treatment or medical care should be made in consultation with your healthcare team.
